Creating rectangualar houses is an art as such. All too often these houses can not overcome banality. This one is an exception. Simple and monolithic on first sight. But whilst wandering through the house it unveils its unusual architecture. Main reason is the level difference between back and front. You start at street level but pretty soon you go down to the living and kitchen. This is located at the street level on the back and also looks out on the seccluded terrace and garden. Children's rooms are on the front street level and - almost fully hidden away - is the masterbedroom on the top floor. But not only the architecture is relevant. The owners have a great taste for furniture and some nice art.
